The Growth and Innovation of Asian Firms:

We analyze innovation strategies that promote the growth of Asian firms. Among emerging countries, some fall into the middle-income trap due to sagging R&D investment and some face with a difficulty to acquire core technologies for innovation activities. On the other hand, using new business opportunities through the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the wave of development of new technologies and business models is spreading to various countries other than traditional developed countries. We would like to identify innovation strategies that contribute to increasing performances of Asian firms.
